The new setup in the Guest House dining room

The new changes in the Dining Room have gone smoothly so far - we are serving breakfast and supper as a buffet, which allows guests more flexible timing.

There are some small differences in the menu, for example a fixed breakfast menu for each day, but one that changes to give a bit more variety than before.

A big thank you to Graziella, who has returned to San Gimignano after working with us in the Guest House for a couple of months. Graziella

We wish her the very best for the future.
